  • Some teacher data is held in Salesforce, and is subject to Salesforce’s privacy policy, which you can read here: https://www.salesforce.com/au/company/privacy/
  • To evaluate impact and improve the quality of learning, some anonymised and/or aggregated student learning data may be shared with vetted research institutions such as universities for the purpose of specific research projects. If any analyses are published, the data is shown in broad aggregate form only.

Storage of your personal information

Maths Pathway runs on Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Processing and storage of Personal Information remains in the Australian regions of Microsoft Azure.

Security of your personal information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. All personal information is secured by the latest industry standards and security measures. Maths Pathway uses TLS encryption (Transport Layer Security) for protection of data.

Access to your personal information

Access to the Maths Pathway system is protected by username and password access control. You can access and update your personal information directly on the Maths Pathway system, and/or by contacting us on [email protected]. We may charge a reasonable administration fee for this access.

Complaints about privacy

If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to [email protected]. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

Changes

Please be aware that we may change this Privacy Policy in the future. The revised versions will be uploaded onto our website, so please check back from time to time.
