By registering for Path23 you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. If any damage is done to the venue, I agree to accept all costs passed on by the venue.
   
2. Payment in full is required by no later than the due date stated on the invoice. A fee of $5.00 ex GST per calendar month will apply from the due date onwards until full payment is received, this includes the original invoice amount and late fees. 
   
3. If a discount has been offered, it only applies to the individual to whom it has been offered. Discounts are NOT transferable.
   
4. If you need to cancel your registration the following refund policy applies:

• 31+ days notice = Full refund or you can transfer the registration to another person.
• <30 days = No refund. registration can be transferred to another person.
